We are looking for a Sales Manager Italy (m/f/d) to join us full-time as soon as possible. Your residence and primary place of living should be within the designated sales territory.
 
After a comprehensive onboarding phase at our headquarters in Ochsenhausen, where you will gain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and sales strategies, you will take over responsibility for strengthening our market presence across Italy and building new customer relationships.

Your tasks

  • Actively acquire new customers and projects, and develop strategies for market expansion.
  • Handle inquiries and quotations, and independently conduct contract negotiations.
  • Plan targeted sales activities for defined target industries.
  • Conduct market analyses and derive actions aligned with our business strategies.
  • Collaborate closely and trustfully with all departments of the company.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed commercial training or a degree in business administration.
  • You bring several years of experience in the packaging industry - preferably in films and within the Italian market - providing you with solid sales expertise.
  • You possess strong communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and a professional demeanor.
  • High resilience, willingness to travel, and flexibility are essential to meet the demands of our projects and customers.
  • Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken, completes your profile.
